  • Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) Appellate Briefs - When a foreign national has already been issued a final order by an Immigration Judge, either the foreign national or the government may appeal the Immigration Judge's decision by filing a Notice of Appeal within thirty (30) days of the issuance of the final order.
